    Thanks Scott.
I wasn't really sure of how closely the colours would match until they went on. They looked close but it's actually really good!
Can't wait to get out and use the new setup in anger, well in the bush and on sand anyway!

Another item ticked off the build list. Platform rack, sliders, llams, front bash plate.. aah so many things to do. Next year

    That does look good!

Personally, I might still try for gloss black 18"s on the corris when I get around to it - does anyone know if Gordon does gloss black versions?

Orkney Grey, Gordon's mat black rims and D697.

Great combination and the tyres are very sure footed.

    Just ordered my Compomotives!

So are the rims available in gloss AND matte black then?

Also, my seemingly knowledgable dealer mechanic guy reckons a wheel alignment (the whole tight tolerance mode thing) is the go when fitting 18s permanently ... Has anyone done this, or have any views ????

Based on my experience, yes. I didn't initially when the wheels were changed over and the alignment was found to be quite poor a few weeks later when I got a full alignment because it was nagging me.

The two standard colours are Anthracite Grey and black ( can't recall if black is gloss or matt and can't find it on Gordon's site at the moment on my phone - one or the other though... You can also order other colours for about $75 / wheel

    Centre Caps

Sorry to drag up an old thread but it seems the appropriate place to post a question.
I fitted my Compomotives on the weekend and found that the OEM centre caps are too small and don't clip in. For now I've put three small dobs of Sika on them to hold in place temporarily. I was not aware these didn't fit.
    Is this normal?
    What have others done?
Are there other centre caps available, maybe GOE ones?
I don't mind the silver but would like some that fit.

I just ordered some black ones off Ebay. They clip in ok, fit is a little loose but haven't lost any over thousands of kms.
