    Had mine for 3 years odd and had no trouble with them other than the rubber becoming hard to pull off the pin to change the height. Nothing a bit of grease can't solve.

    Thumbs up GOE rods

    IMHO - Excellent! Good, 'cheap' solution to enable more height selection.

    Don't use it very often, but LOVE it when I do!!!

    Agree completely.

    I am sure that LLAMS is great for those who utilise different heights with a lot of regularity but for those who only need the extra height on certain occasions they are a simple, inexpensive way to do it.
