Mine has done this a few times when off road and I have really worked it. Always fixed by turning car off and on. I have cleared all faults with Nanocom now. I am going to get it serviced shortly, but this will just be a fluid change.

    Wink

Its a long shot but could be an electrical related problem. It would be unusual to get a tranny failure at this km. Start with checking the battery voltage with the motor running.

My L322 alternator just failed. One of the error messages was transmission fault.
    Good luck.

If the dealer told you the fault code that they cleared you might have something to go on.

Had the oil changed on Thursday, done the same thing twice fixed by switching off and restart. drove the rest of the way in sport mode no problems. drove all the way home yesterday in normal mode towing van no problems. Only had a new Alternator and battery about 4 months ago. but it seems like an elec. fault.

Brake light switch, brake lights/tail light? Loose wire connection for any mods. LED globes brake lights/tail lights saved me a lot of issues.

Hope you solve your issue quickly. it is a pain but worth the effort to avoid seeing it ever again
