    Disco 3 20" AT tires

Anyone knows what max size of 20 inch AT tires would go on a Disco 3?

Currently have 275/45/20 but was hoping a 265/50/20 would fit?

Check out Gordon's Tyre size spreadsheet:

Spreadsheet to compare tyres and calculate sizes

All the 20" sizes are in light blue on the spreadsheet. Looks like you can go up to a 285/50R20 Cooper Zeon LTZ with no rubbing issues.

Graeme explored his options for a 20" A/T and eventually fitted LT275/55R20 BF Goodrich K02's on his RRV, although these are oversize for a D3. Have a read here:

265 50 20 are fine, 285 50 20 have very little clearance to the front suspension due to the width, 275 55 20 will rub due to the larger diameter.

I have just put 265/50R20 on my D4 and no worries with rubbing. I was looking at 285/50R20 however there can be some rubbing at access height on full lock and we use it every day to get the car into the garage so I steered clear of the 285.

    275 50 20 on 16MY D4

    G'day

There has been a number of varying reports whether this tyre fits.

Gordon's spread sheet says it does.

    Others say it rubs.

Some say it rubs on the chassis is it the chassis or the guard liner?

    Appreciate the help.

    Cheers Chuck.

Can anyone confirm all the 20" size in the light blue on the spreadsheet also apply to 2015 model D4 with large disc brake? 285/50R20 seems a good choice if It can avoid clearance issue, any real experience?
