				I installed one on my 2012 D4 a few weeks back with a good mate.
It was about 6 hours of casual work, the hardest part was working out how all the trim and bar 'unclipped'. Its easy once you know and the instructions are good but I still hesitate when putting such pressure on things. 
The template to drill into the plastic bar was a little off. I would recommend drilling a small hole and then slowly enlarging it for a better fit, not that it was that bad anyway. I would also recommend letting the marking spikes at the bottom stick out further, say 10mm before fitting the bar for this step (you'll know what I mean when you get to it).
I'm happy with it. Locking mechanism at the opened and closed points are great. Looks/feels solid and is very well finished. Mounting the tyre and adjusting was easy. Wife can used it no problems, even my 2.5yr old son can move the wheel once its unlocked.
I disabled all the rear parking sensors with an IIDTool for now, they went nuts as expected.
I don't have a mitch hitch, but am happy to take some measurements if you need it. Using the std tow bar is fine.
My only criticism is that the wheel does move around a little on rough roads - not sure if I am expecting too much, I probably am. It doesn't make any noise or move that much.
