    what are these loose bolts holding up

    Hi,
    I found a couple of loose bolts on my D3 TDV6. Any idea what they are holding onto?

    They are on the passenger side above the front prop shaft. Also should I be worried about the hole that looks like it should have a bolt in it?

    Do them up before they vibrate out - looks like a bolts def missing - shonky repair ?
