yes, you should definitely have bluetooth. 
1st thing would be to check if a different phone (maker and model) has the same issues. 
If you have success with a different phone then this issue is with the iPhone6. This might help:

If you have no success with another phone and you bought the car from a licensed dealer, take it back to them and have it fixed under the statutory warranty:

This warranty may entitle you to take the car back to the  dealer to have them make repairs for problems that appear in the first 3  months or 5,000 km after delivery.
