    Twin single DIN in D3 Dbl DIN

    Hi all

    Im looking into replacing the standard base radio with a single din flip out cd player, similar to this:

    The plan would then be to install a single DIN CB radio underneath (oricom makes one).

    The intention is to save space while having GPS, bluetooth, reversing camera etc. Plus it hides away when not in use.

    Does anyone know if this has been done before? And where can i find the surround plates to cover the gaps around the units?

    Try this link:
    Landrover Discovery 3 2005-2009 | Aerpro

    I put in a Sony double DIN DVD in my D3 - you'll need the fascia, antenna adapter and power harness adapter - to allow the aftermarket stereo to fit. Then run separate power and antenna lead to CB.
