Its not just pumps water wrecks its the injectors as well and big city gas stations can suffer from water in their tanks just as much as country ones. Personally I would be taking it to a workshop with the least amount of driving ASAP.
Think back about twelve months ago about ten plus cars filled up at the big gas station / Maccas / KFC on the side of the M4 near Eastern Creek Raceway and all stopped within a kilometre or two of the joint because of water in the fuel.
Depending on who your insurer is this can be covered by your policy if you can show that it happened after you filled up somewhere. If you can't get it covered by insurance and indeed you do have serious water contamination then it is likely to be very expensive to fix it properly and that is why I would not drive it until you know what the case is.
