Price wise the SD is approx 3k more. I guess by the time you compare the differences with the std items in the sd then I'm gaining rear air, dab, blind spot. I found the sd seats extremely comfortable, but was more than happy and quite surprised with the TD seats. The arm rests are quite good too.
Isn't the question: rear air, dab, and blind spot VS More Killer Wasps?
Did you notice any difference in performance between the two?

I didn't drive the TD! Lol so I can't compare. I honestly don't think I would be disappointed having the TD after the td5!!

That's a tough one !! Not surprised you fell in love when you took it for a drive. These things are gorgeous !!!

I went the SDV6, but I got rear air with mine. It's rear air vs the 30kw and the electric seats in reality. I'd find that a tough call. Maybe ring some other dealers?

re the warranty.mine was included,it swung me from demo to new. They wouldnt include the free warranty on the demo stock, deal at the time was on the new vehicles only. For me it meant 5 years of worry free motoring, they are Land Rovers when all is said and done

There have been a couple of threads before about the pros and cons of extended warranty. Do a search on extended warranty in the AULRO search box at the bottom of the page. The price quoted is reasonable. I paid a similar amount over 2 years ago. You need to check what sort you are getting as there is a mileage limit on one version so if you think you're going to do a lot you might need the one that goes for 200,00km.

Congrats !! I know the feeling.

$3,100 is pretty reasonable price. I would probably have bought it at that. You can roll it in to your lease, so it is only a bit extra each month for the peace of mind.

I asked questions about the warranty and the feedback was mixed. I was quoted about $4k though, so you've got quite a discount on that.

Now you'll know EXACTLY what a perma-grin is. LOL
