I see on ebay uk there are TDV6 rebuild kits, with all the dead engines that seem to be around I wonder if this could be an option for those who need to make the choice.
They don't include any of the valve gear but full bottom end parts.
Thoughts ???

Seems to be a few that have. I think now its more commonly known that the oil pump needs the upgraded housing they may become a less common thing , but there are a few threads about people either changing engines or getting engines changed so its not that rare.
The people I bought my oil pump and timing belt kit from said they had 9 dead TDV6 engines in their workshop.
