Agree with that but the vents out the back of the console will freeze the shins/knees of anyone sitting there. Not brilliant. The rear air has an extra unit for climate control in the cargo area passenger side, behind the cover so much better airflow but more importantly much better outlets too.
These above the 2nd row, more for 3rd row too.

Not the end of the world- I bought mine without this - but worth considering.
It's not so much voice activation but as rar110 said, "gives sat nav instructions through the car speakers" although I must admit I haven't tried to instruct the phone via the head unit and it may work... I presume you'd still have to start the process on the phone i.e. tap the microphone on the address field.
Bluetooth integration from phone to head unit allows the navigation instructions to be played as a phone call (In mine it seems to only work with this setting on, not just "Play voice over Bluetooth")
Navigation Settings in Google Maps

As indicated by David, open the google maps app, there should be a button at the top left of the screen that looks like three lines, that opens a menu, at the bottom is settings, that brings up another list, mid way down the list is navigation settings, that takes you to the screen in David's post.
An interesting discussion as usual. From a resale value the guys we purchased from were more focussed on ensuring we put in the third row of seats as the majority of owners use them as taxi's so that is a high selling point in Adelaide at least and I suspect other locations.
Would have liked the rear diff lock but the wait for one was 5 months so have done without so far and given where we have taken ours as well as a lot of off-road towing I can say that compared to previous cars that had a rear diff-lock with the D4 I have yet to find a situation where I wished for one. Bound to happen though
In regard navigation we use a $200 Garmin which works perfectly and the iPad with Hema for off-bitumen travel and that combo works nicely for us. Just could not see the value in the OE version. Much prefer our nice stereo system which gets a lot of use on our long and shorter trips
