I am still happy to have both the iiD tool and Llams due mainly for Llams convenience.

I should have mentioned that I have Scotts extension lead which makes it much less of an interference.

As well as the usual code reading, suspension adjusting and fault finding.

It's good for life values, from injectors, to air temperature readings.
I've used mine to update software when I changed from the Hitschi to AMK compressors. I can deflate the corners to get it into a mates garage to go on his 2 post ramp.

Something not mentioned yet is the ability to do basic code reading on other cars.
Mine is locked to my 05 D3, but I've read codes, cleared faults on 5 D3s, 1 D4 and 1 L322.
I can't do in depth checks but for basic reading it's saved them all ?60 a turn for code readings and pin pointed faults for them.

Always handy for when in a group, got me a few free pints. :D

Quite handy to get out of a bad situation or:
-Washing the car
-Raising the vehicle for maintenance (always use jack stands)
-Levelling the vehicle in order to use a roof tent
-Lowering it when transporting the vehicle on a ferry
-etc...
