Andrew, I am not sure if this link is of any use to you but there are measurements for "bolt plates" given in the thread if that was the bit you were missing :).

Not sure if you need the LR Roof rails or not Andy but someone on Gumtree is selling some. It says roof racks but i flicked him an e-mail and he actually means rails. Will send you photos if you msg him.
