Thread: HDC Light Question

Mine doesn't.

Never tried mine,haven't had the need.
If you put it in rock crawl the HDC light comes on.

Hi Mike.

Just tried mine and it's the same result. Message in the center display and a green car symbol at 45 degrees in the speedo area. The actual HDC button is red and stays that way when on or off so it appears to be a nighttime illumination only. It is night time here so lights came on automatically. I turned them off and the red part of the button was not illuminated. Possibly the orange bar is not a light but a visual highlight. If it is a light mine's not working either.

Nope. It doesn't light up.

As in - they're not designed to - they just have illumination with the head light function.

They kind of figured the Big Green Car on the instrument panel was sufficient
