Panel trim clip.. keep it in your spares bin
Possibly one dropped during assembly, unlikely to be from a panel that's still held in place.
Opening my tailgate this morning on my one month old Disco 4 SE, heard a rattle of something plastic hitting the rear bumper, and this little clip came to rest.
Had a quick look around all sides of both doors of the tailgate, nothing obvious missing... Any ideas??

Part of quality control?.... A spare when you loose/break one next time you need to pull the trim apart!

I think that is the type of trim clip used on the plastic bit that folds down over the lower tailgate covering the gap between the body and tailgate....
For that to fall off/out, there needs to be a gap, that means something is not on properly, either look yourself and replace it or get Land Rover to do it.
Cheers Baz.
