I apologise for weighing in on this one. I was just giving sympathy to those waiting for gear that this is not unusual. I had to make many requests for a refund, including visiting him in person (4hr round trip) before eventually all was resolved.

Gordon has great knowledge and a great product, and as a small business owner myself, I just wish for his sake that it ran more smoothly.

I sent another email yesterday with words to the effect that if I couldn't get the wheels by the end of March I want my money back. I also rang three times yesterday and left a voice message and it never answered. I rang twice today. The first time it was engaged the second time he actually answered. I told him I no longer want the wheels and I want a refund and to refer to my email I sent yesterday. He stated that he would get to the email when he got to the office. That was 1.00pm ACT time. I haven't had any reply . I will ring again tomorrow and keep ringing until I get my money back. The guy needs a PA or something. I am sure he is a nice guy, but after I get my money back I won't be dealing with him again.

People,I will try calling Gordon tomorrow.
Please note,he isn't always in Perth,he could well be out on a minesite etc with his other business interests.
I can understand waiting after spending a lot of money is a cause for concern.
I did call past his workshop last week,he wasn't around.

Gordon should be in Perth at the moment - he is running two beginner workshops here this coming weekend. I'll be on the second day, and can suggest he log in to AULRO if i don't see some other resolution beforehand.

I managed to get in touch with Gordon.
I believe his world is still upside down from the recent passing of his mother.
I have told him about this thread and the trouble you guys say you are having contacting him.He assured me he will get online over the next few days.
Please treat Gordon with the respect he deserves at this trying time.I don't believe he is the type of person to let you guys down.

    where's Gordon?

I agree. Gordon is the Usain Bolt of Disco knowledge and has given so much over the years. Very much key to my addiction.

I have contacted PayPal and if Gordon gives them the same attention he has given me, I should have my money back after 10 days. Is there any other way I can purchase the rims without dealing with his organisation?

I had tried to contact Gordon many times without success last few months either by email or phone in relation to the EAS kit order from last November. I noticed something happened to him but do expect a response when it is possible. I had allowed last few months since it also affect my schedule to off-road trip since he promised to the rim to me before easter, finger crossed. As a small business owner, work six days a week with my wife plus 4 kids in school. Time management is critical, I always remain the priority to serve the customers, balance work and family. It is a skill to learn from time to time, I think that I will need help if I can't fullfill the responsibility to my customer who paid for my life, this is also their hard earned money. I do feel the personal loss, but life still go on. Get some assistance since so many members care about you, I will help if I am in Perth, it is my hobby and passion. Now, I will need meditation, calmmmm.
