New D4 SE - should the driver's side window be auto up and down?

The passenger side window seems to work fine on one touch auto, but I have to hold the button up to get get the driver's side all the way up. Is this something I can fix with the IID tool, or a warranty issue?

Have you tried resetting the drivers window by holding the button up for 2 seconds with the window already fully up?
    Cheers, Mungus.

This is an extract from the manual.

    Resetting one touch operation
If the battery is disconnected, becomes
discharged or the power supply is interrupted,
the one touch up window operation is disabled
until the window position is reset.
    To reset the window position:
    1. Close the window fully
    2. Release the switch, then pull up and hold
    the switch for one second.
    3. Repeat the procedure on each window.

Did you also notice that one quick click on the rear windows (downward) sends them down just 2" or so New D4 SE - should the driver's side window be auto up and down?

My rear windows only go down about an inch,, can you make them go down to two inches?

You can apparently set the fob up to open and close the windows,,, after I've worked out how to use my Gap Tool,, I'll be onto that little number
