I did a wheel compatibility search on the Tempe Tyre website and the Simmons wheels came up. On the Simmons Wheels site, they list wheels they can make with PCD the same as the D4 wheels and with a custom Offset.

I think the Tempe Tyres and Simmons Wheels maybe one in the same.
The last time I asked Sam about the Simmons wheel range load rating, he said a suitable one will be coming out real soon.
I don't think a lot of these volume wheel/tyre shops care about load rating, offset, etc.
