I want to remove the middle headrest from the second row of seats on my D3.
I pull the little catch out and the headrest comes all the way up, but that's it.
If I hold the catch out and pull, nothing more happens.
Am I not pulling hard enough to get it out?????
Or is there something more sinister that I need to do
