    Rang hobby bahn at Ingle Farm today. They said its expected to arrive early June and cost $700 to $750. Sounds like its not so bad at that price.

    Mine arrived today but i cant pick it up till thursday night. They said i have to buy batteries and a charger as well. I thought it came with them??? Does that sound right??

    Hi Rod,

    You will have to buy a battery and if you do not have a charger, you will need that too.

    I bought LiPo battery 7600mah for $99. I have a charger already; expect to pay $120 for a charger that will charge all types of RC batteries.

    We (me and my 6yr old) ran the Truck yesterday in the park, we got about an hour of use with the battery we have. Note: the bigger the battery mah the longer they take to charge.

    ps. look at chargers that can also connect to your 12v vehicle supply for the times you are out and about.
