Having installed 2x safari snorkels on previous model Discovery's (D3), I have just fitted a RAI on my current Disco 4. Very easy to install and much quicker though I know its not a snorkel per se. My question to those who have fitted themselves, as mine was a used unit, is there supposed to be a small gap between the snorkel and the original LR plumbing. When i fit the snorkel to the outside vent, there is a small gap of approx 1inch between it (inner face) and the rubber which attaches to the end of the original LR tubing inside the cavity. I have sealed the RAI onto the guard fine, prob appears to be on the inner face of the RAI which has no attachment points to secure the plumbing. thank you
