    D3 Gull Wing

    Anyone seen these?

    While back I thought it would be great but hard to achieve so didn't think anymore about it till I saw these while looking for something else.

    Would be interesting to see if they export?

    I don't mind the concept - I've seen it on a couple of other 4WD's, including Defenders.

    But that thing looks like it has been fabricated and installed in some cocky's shed out in the back blocks. What a way to spoil an otherwise good looking vehicle.

    Just noticed the roofrack on it as well ...................... looks like it was knocked up in the same cocky's shed. Top marks for trying I suppose.

    Agree, rack looks terrible, didn't notice at first.

    I think the gullwing isn't too bad. Could be made neater by fixing outer part similar to glass instead of screws.
    Also hinges could be a little nicer etc but I'm not overly worried.

    Anyone know if the aerial is replaceable? It's in the rear side glass.
