    Rumble & Whine

Folks first time winner of a D3 and also a first time owner of an automatic vehicle.
Don't know if I am being parinoid but I think I hear a slight whine from the gearbox under low speeds. Once we are up to normal freeway speeds you cannot here a thing. Is this normal? I appreciate it is near on impossible to diagnose a problem from my poor discription.
As mentioned it is more than likely just me but I thought U would ask the question.

Whine can be numerous things, i'd be checking hub bearings and diff/tc oils and t/shaft centre bearing.

And sometimes it makes a quiet pitched whine at low slow speeds that is normal. Always take the opportunity to drive someone else's for a comparison when you can.
