    Service specialist South West WA?

Having just moved to Dunsborough, I'm going to need a reliable and competent LR service specialist nearby. I note there's a mob called TVR Automotive here in Dunsborough, who are said to be LR guys, but does anyone have any experience with LR servicing in WA's south west?

    Hi Greg

We have a holiday house down there and noticed this guy had started up a few years ago, so I was wondering how he is going so would be interested in your thoughts. I guess the best thing is to go and have a chat to check out his experience and see what diagnostics gear he is using. Apart from that Perth would still be your closest spot.

    Regards, Rod.

Thanks Rod. I was using Wilf Chambers in Perth for the past 7 years. But it'd be a pain trying to organise a trip to Perth then waiting around for a day for the car to be ready. I'll check out TVR and let you know.

There is a garage advertising as a Landrover specialist in Dunsborough but apart from driving past their workshop, I have not used them.

There is a workshop in Bunbury that specialises in LR and is run by the past LR dealership workshop manager when Bunbury had a dealer. I have had my old D2 serviced there in the past with no issues but some people in town have nothing good to say about them.

Other than that it is Perth I am afraid.

I heard a rumour a few months ago that Bunbury may get a LR dealer again in the near future. I have not heard or seen anything "concrete" yet though....
Given the number of new LR products in the Bunbury/Busselton/Margaret River area you would think there was more than enough demand for dealer support in the region...

The Vroom Room in Clark St Dunsborough have worked on my sons PUMA and he was happy. They could be TVR now

WA Diesel (Steve) in Cowaramup has a background in Landrover

For recall or warranty work I have gone to Albany after repeated bad experiences with Perth Dealer(s). Although I hear the Albany LR dealership has ceased recently
