I've got the Maxxis 19" LTs and so far after some 18K they are going well. Not too noisy either although obviously louder on the bitumen than the soft as originals.

I have Maxis as well and very happy as well having driven Coffs Broome Perth and home on them. They handle the wet well and not too noisy.
I use Michelin Longitude for day to day and city driving as they are silent on freeways.

I got 40k kms out of the OEM on my 2015 D4, 80k kms out of a set of Pirelli Scorpian ATs. Now running Pirelli Scorpian AT Plus - a more aggressive tyre than the ATs, with much better sidewall protection.

Only got 10k on them but luv’em! Very quiet, sure footed - even in very heavy rain, softer ride and lighter steering.

I'll go very close to getting 90,000km out of my Kankook RF10s. I've been very happy with them and will replace them with the same again.

So the Pirelli Scorpion AT Plus are available in LT255/55x19?? That would be good to hear, although I’m very happy with my Maxxis LT’s

    Cheers,

I've been happy with General Grabber AT. Have then on my D2 (16")AT, then AT2, AT3 and now on the D4(255/55/19) have AT3. No problems any time, sand, gravel, rock and bitumen. D4 Big Red, Windorah to Birdsville via Betoota with a caravan, terrible road. Road had last been graded with a bulldozer, rocks everywhere! This was a few weeks after the Big Red Bash crowd had been through in both directions. Best road was off the road. Very quiet tyre; even supported by the German review in tyre comparisons in Europe. They did not like the tyre on wet, dry or snow, but managed to say that it was quieter than most of their tyres. These tyres are cheaper than any thing else in AT range that I have found so far. I am fairly sure that they are not LT construction. Seem to last well.

I had GGs on 2 Defenders and rate them highly as well. Only reason I went to Maxxis was the LT construction. While we're on about tyres.... I know someone who is absolutely fixated with getting full value from the original tyres. They're as good as bald right now but must last until June when the car is 3 years old....
Shocking attitude towards the safety of other road users let alone him and his cook especially with the wet weather coming soon.
