I have had LLAMS fitted to my D4 since new, and only looked underneath there as I was fitting the EAS hoses. My LHS exhaust is also crushed, (RHS is OK). I am unsure when or where it happened, but the exhaust is very vulnerable. I wonder why its only the LHS or do others also have RHS crushed? Looking underneath there does not look like ther is much room or alternative locations to realign the exhaust. I guess the only thing to do would be to weld a thick sleeve over that part of the exhaust, to give some added strength.

Cremorne Prestige had a plate to protect the exhaust, I looked at it a while back but never followed up.

Yes - I understood that bash plates were available to protect the exhaust under the diff - not sure where I saw them though.

Not sure, but have APT included the exhaust in their new range of under body protection?

Problem is Diesel exhaust is acidic and will start helping the area under there corrode..
