Yes - that's what are currently on mine but I believe that was an option from new - I just got the 2014+ ones with DRL to replace them.

I think Bi-Xenon were standard in the HSE. Do you still have to worry about CCF changes then? You'll already have the correct Bi-Xenon selections but do DRL just work or is that a change too?
I'm certain the loom will need to be modified as the headlight configuration changed after 2013, as it no longer has halogen fillers. I vaguely remember someone talking about this a couple of years ago.
I'm guessing Bi-Xenons were standard on the HSE - either way, those are the ones I have now. I know I don't need to change the CCF for the lamps but from what I can gather from the wisdom of the crowd there are several settings for the DRLs in the CCF. That's the first I've heard about any loom modification though. Powerful UK show a video of Xenons being set up using the CCF but then the DRLs don't dim properly when the indicators are on. I'm trying to find out if that may be an issue for me before I start replacing the headlights.
LRD414 (Scott), from this forum went down this road but if he had a 2014+ D4 the wiring was probably fine, as that was the model that started with the new look headlights, be they halogen or xenon. Up to 2013, the light configuration is different.
Pre-2014, like yours, has a shutter that lifts for high-beam on the xenon and a halogen 'filler' that illuminates possums in trees. The position that was the halogen filler is now an indicator isn't it, in the new lights you bought? There is no halogen filler in a 2014+ car. That's where the issue is I believe. So that suggests potential changes at the back end of the light too …. the plug and wiring.
Could be wrong but just trying to help.... something to look into.
Thanks for the heads up. There is another member here - Lukeis - who has the same year as mine and appears to have done a successful facelift. I've PM'd him for more information. Earlier in the thread there is a link to another AULRO post on the subject which has further links to the Disco3UK site which does raise some comments about wiring but that was on a late D3.
