    Would you try it?!

Came across this Britpart Oil, link below. It seems to match all the required standards for a 3.0L D4. What do you all think? Would you try it?

Considering you can get 7L of it included in a service kit for a total of $78 delivered.

It will be a rebranded oil of some description. The question is Who’s?

You may find that transport costs increase once oil (combustible) is asked to go on a flight to Australia.

Personally, if it’s $78 with a service kit I’d be suggesting it’s lower quality oil, and lower quality filters...

I’d look at something better for both filters and fluid.

Why would you import oil like this when it is freely available locally, often at discounted prices when promotions are on.

Using cheap oil in an expensive car is like re-using condoms with your mistress!

So ....always use a new one?. Or did you mean a re used one will end up with tears

And yep as above , don't risk using cheapo filters , and you can get quality oil here for reasonable cost , especially when you factor in the freight from UK

It never ceases to amaze me how someone can spend big dollars on a very nice car and then try and save less than would be spent on coffee over a service period on oil and filters.
I'm certainly not averse to saving a dollar by doing some repairs and servicing myself, but to then attempt to cut corners on what is probably the most important ingredient in the longevity of a great engine defies logic.
