    D4 windscreen wipers - different codes - which one?

    Hi there

    Been looking to carry a spare set of wipers and checked the LR Direct site - came across these 3 code numbers - all for the D4

    LR018368LR.C8

    LR018368G.M8

    LR018368.L8

    Hoping somebody knows the correct model

    I can't help you on the genuine numbers but myself and few others on this forum have purchased from an Australian company called Wipertech.

    Land Rover Discovery (2009 - 2017) Replacement Wiper Blades

    $79 for a complete set of wipers is a bargain compared to what LR quoted me to change just two (~$250 ). You then get 10% off your next purchase. Choosing the correct ones is a simple exercise using the website's search engine.

    They are easy to replace (after a google search ... LOL) and I've found them very good.

    thats very nasty price, I paid around $150-00 to $160-00 for the two fronts over the last
    3 x or 4 x sets for genuine LR parts, and $15-00 for the rear wiper. ( go figure )
    and yes there was 3 x part numbers.

    The front blades are different lengths so 2 there plus the rear makes 3 but not necessarily the part numbers you quoted.

    That's a good price for the 3. The Repco branded wipers I am using look very similar but their price is the same without a new rear wiper. Next time.

    I get mine from wiperblades.co.uk - including shipping I usually pay around $62.- for a Bosch AR22U twin pack.

    They will all fit, they are the same part only the supplier/make changes.

    LR018368LR.C8 = Genuine Land Rover part via supplier Britpart (2 year warranty)

    LR018368G.M8 = OEM part via supplier Bearmach (1 year warranty)

    LR018368.L8 = Genuine Land Rover part direct from Land Rover (1 year warranty)

    Thanks for all the replies!

    Just purchased 2 Bosch BBA550 Aerotwin - $75 inc GST for the 2 - very courteously fitted at the shop.

    Good result all 'round!

    I recently picked up the Bosch wiper blades from somebody on Ebay, $55 for the front pair delivered for the two different lengths. Interestingly the ones I took off, which were put on there by Land Rover at an extortionate price, were exactly the same length. hopefully I've now put the short one on the right arm but they work well and no funny noises.
