Could be quite a few things and without an iiD tool (or similar) you'll be none the wiser. Codes are likely to be held in "Pending" list but not available to a generic code reader and if so would shed light on whether it's air inlet related or something else. Most likely issue is air inlet (hose etc) however, my Restricted Performance fault, which was air inlet related, was a red triangle so not a matching symptom to yours.
