and NO any coolant won't "Do", If in doubt just add some rainwater.
Don’t use rainwater! Full of minerals, salts and solids.

    Demineralised water only.

I guess the only advantage is you could use this across multiple cars and coolant types.
NOT THIS ONE.. unless you are prepared to do a complete flush of the entire cooling system.

    Nylon Red...

This one is perfect for a little top up..

You can switch to “One” but need a full and complete flush of the system.

I’ve had a look at the manual and it specifies Castrol SF antifreeze which is silicate free and not compatible with anything that contains silicates.

Cant find anyone that sells Castrol doing a google search around Sydney so I think my safest option is to go back to Land Rover service and get bent over and have them do a top up. They don’t seem to want to tell me what they are using so I’m kind of screwed as I dont want to mix fluids etc.

What a PITA for a simple thing.

    Cheers everyone for chiming in.

I’m sorry but I believe you are wrong on this statement. This product is designed for this purpose, to safely mix with any existing product. As I stated though, when you know you need red, why you would use this over red I don’t know, apart from as I mentioned, reuse across different vehicles.

Because on their Datalink where you select the vehicle engine etc it states “see note 834”

Note 834 states “complete flush required”
