Hi RR. I use OME filters and Penrite Enviro C4+ as that was recommended by the independents I talked to. I think the plastic extraction tube was a push fit down the hole and worked really well. The unti came with 4 tubes of varying diameters.
As I said the first time I did it 6ltrs came out after I let some time elapse during extraction to let more drain down. I refilled with as close to 5.9ltrs as the book states.
I'll do a search to see if I can find which vac pump I used but know it was 52 bucks delivered .....I think.
