What the major risk is - your compressor is now running constantly to keep up.
Besides the bag blowing out (worse case) you can now toast your compressor.
You can just buy the bellows part if you wish.
I discovered a small leak in my lhf airbag the other day, car had dropped overnight, photo taken at extended height. Just seeing how many people have run an airbag for a while after they discovered a leak before it failed? I reckon I can squeeze a bit more time out of them myself before I buy two new fronts?

Hpal, I can't seem to see your pic, so I have to ask, are you sure the leak is from the bag? As my experience has been the valve blocks leaking not the bag.
Cheers,
Randy
Yeha it's from the bag but the valve block is passing as well and it will get an overhaul aswell as the air dryer rebuild. Its a tiny leak in the airbag and I reckon it might be able to run for some time yet. Worst case if it blows I'll get a flatbed and order the new struts then. The shocks are at the end of their life anyway so will replace the entire struts

I totally agree, but it’s more a hypothetical and was interested if anyone else ran for a while with a tiny leak or did they change it out straight away even though technically it was still working ok. I can’t see it blowing straight away, the leak isn’t even bad enough to be able to hear it, it’s just a tiny slow leak.

How quick is it dropping when parked up?
“Technically” it has failed - it no longer holds a set volume of air for any amount of time (it leaks)
I can get Dunlop’s for £105 plus delivery and gst, maybe $550 all up. Going to give them a try, haven’t heard too many bad reports, won’t touch the arnott ones though. They’ll work out half the price of Delphi replacements. Current ones stamped Delphi and I assume are original.

SubscriberDunlop struts were considered rubbish but that was the damper not the bag as I understand it.
As per the others, the compressor will suffer, not the bag. The extra effort refilling the system will take its toll on your compressor. Depending on its age it might not cope.
