I would unplug the connectors on the transfer case control module then see if the original faults re-occur.  The TCCM is a HS canbus gateway which isolates the engine, gearbox and ABS ecus from the rest of the vehicle and because the TCCM is not sealed so can be damaged by moisture causing various canbus faults.  However as there are no TCCM faults showing it probably isn't the cause but easy enough to try. The TCCM on a TDV6 D3 is located behind the battery so likely to be in the same spot on your vehicle.
