Thread: D3 V8 08/09

I believe the canbus update was done during the 08/09 update, so not available on a V8.

I just have to bide my time now waiting for the right one to show up in Perth.

I saw one a year or so ago that would have been perfect, but wasn't really looking to get one then.

The Perth market is small, so you are lucky if there is one V8 every few months or more.

AFAIK there was a canbus update done sometime before the mid-07 update, which stopped the car going into limp mode if a globe failed.

I'd get as new as possible, or keep a few spare brake light globes

BrianElloy sold a ripper D4 V8 earlier this year. Went out 4 wheeling with him last year and that car was a weapon. If you can afford the fuel bills, grab one!

I'll be looking for an 07 model, but with the limited market in Perth, I may just have to take what I can get.
