Not sure how many times i have to keep saying this but if you are having any trouble with a supplier where it goes well past what you would normally consider appropriate, you need to seek competent legal advice and proceed from there as soon as you become uncomfortable with the situation.
surely there are enough threads on here to show who is or isn't someone you would be comfortable dealing with.
