I was thinking Garmin rv 775 mt-s as it has many features and Hema maps.

Certainly looks the goods. Probably would have opted for that if it was around when I bought mine. Having the HEMA maps installed would be a handy feature.

My 494 rrs autobiography joined me from uk this week. I guess I will have to give up on configuring satnav to Australia and go for a garmin. Any ideas on setting up the tv? Can’t get the thing to pick up Aussie channels

Hi there, yes I managed to get this and the DAB working. You just need to go through the settings and change location to Australia, if I recall it automatically know the signal mode. You need to ‘search’ channels though the first time you use it. Mines all sorted now save for the sat nav. And I know everyone reckons I should get a Garmin, but I’m not going to. I can’t stand the wires or crap hanging off my windscreen. So I’ll find a way to get the maps on the original screen.

Everything is personal preference. Doesn't matter what we think, you're the one driving your car. Hope you get it sorted.
