    Airbags

Just a quickie,, has anyone had their “airbag” light come on?

It seems mine can’t make up its mind if it wants to be on or not,, but it’s more on than off after start ups now. I have my tool here so will check tomorrow arvo what that says.
As with most of electrical things,, rebooting is the usual option, but she doesn’t seem to be wanting to be playing ball at the moment

    Anyone had similar??

    TIA.

Yeah I have exactly that. The last time I read a code it was to do with too high a resistance or something. I figure it's likely a connection that needs cleaning and/or reseating. Don't know where to look for it though.

I've had to replace the RF Impact sensor which is behind the headlight before. Airbag light was on and fault code pointed to it. Was about $150, so was pretty glad it fixed the problem.

Must be someone wrong inside it as the outside is still perfectly sealed and uncracked. I was meaning to crack it open one day.

I was hoping it was a connection too, but after I unplugged it, it was spotless inside, sprayed innox mx3 anyway, but it did nothing.

Did you try unplugging then replugging the connector? Perhaps there was poor contact on slightly corroded pins.

Tried unplugging and replug the connector. I still have it here, it's spotless and has no corrosion at all as it's quite well sealed. I'd say the corrugation shook whatever is inside to bits.

Well, I’ve got no idea about mine, tried it this arvo and nothing is showing now. Started a few times in running around after work to do a few things ,, nothing

I’ll keep everything at the ready for when it happens again.

I never got a chance to get the tool plugged in. I've just come back from picking up the daughter and it's still "off". So whilst it's in that state, I'll be happy
