    Suspension Central Valve Block Rebuild kit - Solonoid Rubber

    I would like to put a kit through the suspension central valve block (just in front of the compressor) in my car. These kits are freely available on ebay etc but they seem to only contain the O rings.

    The rubber seal on the bottom of my solenoid is well used and is obviuously held down with considerable spring pressure and has indents in it and could maybe allow some air to pass through when closed. So I would like to replace with component with the O rings.

    Has anyone found a rebuild kit that in addition to the o rings also included the rubber seal on the end of the solenoid plunger.

    The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
    The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈

    If it’s the solenoid rubber, have you tried an electrical wholesaler like Middy’s or Jaycar?

    Thanks for the suggestion - hadn't considered that.

    As it has to hold up to around 250psi and is made to fit a particular part I doubt generic rubber would be suitable and not keen to keep on dismantling and reassembling until I find something that might fit.

    I appreciate the thought.

    What about the UK suppliers like Rimmer Bros, Advanced Factors, John Craddock, Paddock Spares, British Parts, LR parts UK and so on?

    Last option could be to get a good second hand one from a wrecker

    Yes looked at all their kits and they are all O ring kits - you would think they would cover everything but maybe it is something you cannot replace by itself - I dont know hence the thread.
