D3 Keyless single entry point but one rear door opens as well.

Hi All, first post here after newly getting a D3 TDV6 auto and loving it, had a key fob play up but fixed that and just got a washer pump from Bearmach via Brit-Car and installed today so i can see with washers working and new blades and a few trim clips.
BUT the fun is i can program and open the doors with both fobs i have and Just the drivers opens or two presses to unlock all doors.

The thing is when i just do the one press and the drivers door, all others are closed and won't open but ONE the Pass or LHR opens and unlocks with one press.. Any ideas on that one or needs a LR computer to check and see why?

    Thank you T

Welcome to the forum and Team Permagrim.

It may be the lock mechanism itself. When I lock with the fob all doors lock. If I lock with the button on the dash the same door as yours (LHR) does not lock, I have to manually lock that one. My drivers door mechanism needed replacing when I bought mine as it did not lock under any circumstances.

If you have all doors unlocked and open the front left (passengers) door and push the lock button on the dash and then shut the door - all doors should be locked. If the LHR is not locked then I would say you need to replace the mechanism.

Thank You, it locks off the dash button internally but ill recheck that and i have had the drivers lock replaced when collected..

Probably wrong, but is there one or more wires running from the centre pillar through a conduit to the door? Has a wire inside the conduit been pinched or broken? Just a thought to eliminate.
