So I’m going to replace the two oil air separator oil seals when I do the oil cooler. I have two new seals for the coolant unit that must be removed. Sharp hacksaw blades for the LH / passenger manifold to clear. It better fix it!
All good, I'm still to do the compressor and shocks are 50/50, need to assess them still so you're ahead there. All else is good (touch wood) for now....
Need to replace sway bar bushes with oem rubber ones, poly is just too harsh.

Given the heritage/ownership at the time I figured it must have been a work experience kid from the sheltered workshop hitting the drafting board while the rest of the Ford development team were out on a long boozy lunch.
