Bedded in the new EAS struts in a 1200km round trip to Albany, Denmark and other south coast WA locations with our camper trailer in tow. Brakes are amazing again, sharp bite, good pedal feel and no shudder or dragging. Suspension is also back to what it used to be. Smooth and effortless over bumps and undulations, tracking straight and true. Height changes are smooth and quick.
With 5 people, luggage and fully loaded camper, towing around 1750kgoving the D4 handles perfectly. Saw 12.7l/100km.
Only complaint is the AC compressor has apparently packed it in, even on low with fan running at nearly full speed, little or no cooling, 35deg outside.
I love the new age.. Eric wrote a story about great brakes and suspension.. But all we heard was no aircon!!!
PS with my new compressor, life's so good.. Better then I ever remembered
