See, that's why I hang around this place. Well, that and Tombies thumb pics putting me off my food. Cheaper than "Lite 'n easy" that is.

As for hoses, given it took me nearly 4 hours to put a passenger side EGR cooler outlet hose on, I'm not one to really comment. Only that I reckon it would have been quicker to drop the entire passenger side suspension, turbo and diff.

When it’s really hot outside tape it to the light and see if it forms a little.

Curious, how hard would it be to paint the existing grill? What products would I have to use to do it properly?

These vehicles are so smart. I haven't washed mine for a while and it knows. Told me on the dash this morning "Low Washer Level".

How smart is that!!!

Besides sanding my grill, is there a good undercoat/topcoat that someone could recommend?
