If they’re only 3 years old it probably isn’t the strut. They potentially could last 200,000km, mine did anyway. Most likely a leak in the front valve block. Check the bag anyway, inflate to off road height and spray soapy water around the bag.

						It was my understanding that you could read the manufacturing date from the sticker on the strut. The unit in question is marked Land Rover BWI so I think it is genuine?
The vehicle is a 2/11 D4. Any thoughts?

They are front struts. One shows a valid date and time the other shows crap.
The car has a small overnight drop at front. If it is the odd strut what are your thoughts on replacing just one unit.
Rear struts have 2016 dates.
