    Haven’t Got a Clue or Couldn’t Give Damn

    Sitting here enjoying the last night of a camping trip to Flinders Beach, North Stradbroke Island and thinking about beach parking etiquette.

    The beach is pretty steep so not a lot of hard sand to drive on. All going well until up ahead you see someone parked across the track, awning up, watching everyone having to get into the soft stuff to get around. On the way back the tide is higher so there are two deep defined tracks in the soft damp sand. One for travelling east and the other for west. Everyone else is parked at the top of the except for one special person who has set up right across both tracks and watches me struggling to get out of the tracks so I don’t mow him down.

    Not a clue or don’t care?

    Straddie is infested with white D4s. Saw at least 5 plus a couple of other colours and a white D5 on the beach as well as a few D3s.

    Some sincerely have NFI. Others just just don’t give a F.

    Seen it myself on our frequent visits to Flinders. Are the cops or rangers patrolling? The beach is a public road there and road rules apply. Take a photo and report the clown for blocking a public road.

    Sneak up on the offending vehicle and loosen a couple of Schrader valves to a slow leak. Used to do this when we had a "******* only" designated parking space outside a place I lived in in Central Brisbane for a while. Selfish iceholes found they had two flat tyres soon after.

    Another Puma adapter shaft?

    We used to go up to the vehicle and unlock one of the front hubs ,if it has them.
