I fitted Defender 90 rear mud flaps to the rear of my D4. I used genuine LR as they had the “Land Rover” logo. You need to remove the metal bracket and trim the rubber so it fits around the exhaust.
Keen as.

SubscriberDiscovery 1 fronts fit the front of a Discovery 4 without cutting, just need a couple of new holes for fixing screws. I wasn’t fussed about the ‘Mountain’ logo so didn’t use genuine parts.

2 pairs of eBay Defender / County mud flaps @ $35/pair, and some Land Rover decals also from eBay

Plenty of discussion here a few years ago.
D4 Mudflaps
You will find my fitting 3-4 pages in. Mine are still going strong.

I did the same and they’re just right. Rears have the logo on and the fronts are smaller but adequate for the job. Got them from Rimmer in the UK from memory. Not expensive and good delivery time.
I also have chains to hold them up if we go through sand but just leave them attached ‘cos I’m too lazy to disconnect them. 😀

On some of the tracks here - going backwards would result in those being torn off by the tyre.
