Aus postal system is a joke..2 weeks from Melb to Hobart is quite common for us..that's if it is actually coming from there.

Most Aus contact supplies eg. now are shipped out of Asia to order...none or not many are held here at all. So we wait...and wait.

Why do we put up with this nonsense?

It really puts me off buying anything on line anymore😐

How about 2 weeks from Melb to Melb right now. I have watched items getting shuffled back and forth across the suburbs in Melb before eventually getting loaded for delivery - only to be delivered to the wrong address. [emoji13]

Reports are they are even sending new posted items from Melbourne to Sydney for processing and sorting before returning back to Melbourne for delivery.

Definitely a disruption in supply chains right now - but when I used to live in Perth it was always quicker to get items delivered from the UK than the eastern states - so perhaps not a new problem.
