What are the D3 front corner bumpers that have the fog lights called?

This seems like a dumb question, but I need to replace the actual bumper part that holds the fog lights on a D3.

Trying to find them with google is near impossible when I have just "bumper" or fog light bumper.

I've seen them called End Caps, hoping they are available separately.
