I did on my D3, still out but not enough to worry about.

edit, i meant i changed the radius in the CCF but not the height.

My son has 265/65R18 on his D4 and uses standard height.

Yep incorrect text was quoted, standard height but edited the tyre radius in the CCF so that the speedo still reads slightly fast by about 4kph.
